And, finally the premiere date of the third season of Burn Notice has been announced putting all speculations to rest.  As of now, the USA Network has announced June 4, 2009 as the day when the new season of Burn Notice is to premier without giving any details of the episode which would be aired on the above said date.

The best thing about Burn Notice kinda shows is that you can start watching the show from any point and yet catch up with the plot of the show very easily. Suppose, you haven’t watched the first and second season of the show, but it doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to figure out what is happening…and why.

Although the Network is showing reluctance to make the upcoming episodes public, but everyday brings out the news, to make fans aware who would be joining the star cast of Burn Notice. The recent disclosure made by the network representatives is that Ben Shenkman would make appearance in the third season of the series. He would be in the season that is likely to help Michael Westen get reprieve from his burn notice. He plays an important role portraying the character of Tom Strickler, a freelance spy. Most probably, he would make appearance on four episodes of the season though the number is likely to be increased. The actor is famous for his appearance on ‘Grey’s Anatomy’.

The pilot of the season will pick up right where season two left off. A very exhausted Michael picked up by the police on a Miami Beach. The point to ponder now is how Michael Westen would work without the protection of the Management. Michael, Fiona and Sam will be back with the danger turned up a notch. But this time when the people from his past run into him they don’t ask for his help rather they try to kill him. Won’t tell you anything more, let the future reveal it.
